Role Description The Sales Executive/Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Laguna. This position is responsible for managing the full sales cycle for products and solutions, from initial prospecting and qualification to technical demonstrations, proposals, and closing opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, understanding their technical requirements, preparing solution designs in coordination with engineering teams, and presenting value-driven proposals. The Sales Executive/Engineer will provide pre-sales technical support, address customer inquiries, and ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships, monitoring market trends, and contributing to sales forecasts and strategic planning.

Qualifications

Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to understand and provide product solution for Semiconductor and Electronics Industry
Proven Sales and Customer Service skills, including experience managing client accounts and supporting long-term partnerships.
Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Experience in production and process automation equipment
With experience in Dispensing, Inspection, Cleaning and Process Automation Application.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work on-site in Laguna, Batangas, Cavite, conduct client visits, and travel to customer locations as needed.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation abilities, with a focus on solution selling.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
2-3 years in Selling in the same field and industry
Can drive and have drivers license.
